Retainer:

• A retainer payment totaling 50% (fifty-percent) of the total price of the photography services is required for all portrait sessions. This is a NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER. It shall be liquidated for the damages to the photographer in the event of a cancellation, or breach of contract by the client.

• No date is reserved until a retainer is received. The retainer shall be applied towards the total cost of the services to be rendered. The balance of the complete package price must be paid before the date of the session.

• If the final payment is not received, the photographer will not be expected to attend the client’s session or event.

Rescheduling/Late Arrivals:

• In the event that the client requests to reschedule a session, the retainer shall be applied to future session is notice is given at lease five (5) days prior to the scheduled event.

• Reschedule must be within the same calendar year.

• Any client that is late arriving to the session or event will have the amount of time late deducted from the time allotted for the session. Clients shall not be compensated for the time deducted from the event due to late arrivals of the client.

Cancellation Policy:

• All retainers are NON-REFUNDABLE, in the event of a date change or cancellation by the client for any reason. If the client requests to amend or cancel this agreement FIVE (5) or more calendar days before the agreed upon photographic event date the retainer SHALL be applied to a mutually agreed upon reschedule date.

Travel Expenses:

• Travel expenses such as parking, miles, or other destination fees must be reimbursed to the photographer and will be added to the balance due after the session or event.

• Travel fees are pre-determined and will be set out in the final invoice total. Clients are responsible for all location fees and permits including STUDIO LOCATION FEES.

• For sessions beyond 20 miles from Frisco, TX, the client is responsible to pay mileage for excess amount. Mileage is to be calculated at the current rate of $1.00 per mile and will clearly be presented on the photographers invoice to the client (20 miles are included in client session).

Adult Presence:

• The legal guardian and/or parent of the subject/minor shall be in attendance for all communication and events.

• Failure of the legal guardian and/or parent to be present shall result in the termination of the photographic event and a forfeiture of the retainer
